1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and hb 999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the hb 999 platform at hb-999.app, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you accept and agree to be legally bound by them.

These Terms apply to all games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment transactions, and customer support interactions conducted through hb 999. They should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

hb 999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified via the email address registered to their account or through an on-platform notification. Continued use of the hb 999 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform immediately.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at hb-999.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version entered into force.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an hb 999 account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a resident of or are physically located within a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and are not registering on behalf of another individual or legal entity.
• You do not already hold an existing active or suspended hb 999 account. Each individual is permitted one account only.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hb 999 or had an account closed for Terms violation without having that restriction formally lifted by the hb 999 compliance team.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of hb 999 or any of its affiliated game providers.

Age Verification Procedure

hb 999 collects date of birth information at the point of account registration. Before processing a player's first withdrawal, a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification step is required. Players will be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identity document — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — that clearly shows date of birth, full name, and photograph. Accounts that fail to pass KYC within the timeframe specified in the verification request notification will have withdrawal access suspended until verification is successfully completed.

Where hb 999 has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player may be under 18 years of age, the platform reserves the right to immediately suspend account access and freeze the account balance pending investigation, regardless of whether a formal withdrawal request has been submitted. If underage gambling is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, no winnings will be paid, and any net deposited funds may be returned at hb 999's sole discretion following investigation.

3 Account Registration and Security

Registration Requirements

To use the hb 999 platform, you must create a personal account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You are required to keep this information up to date throughout your membership. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Single Account Policy

Each individual player is entitled to hold one (1) hb 999 account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. hb 999 uses technical detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus balances will be voided, and any funds derived from bonus play will be forfeited. Genuine deposits (net of bonus-derived wins) will be refunded at hb 999's discretion following investigation.

Password and Login Security

You are solely responsible for selecting a strong, unique password for your hb 999 account and for keeping that password strictly confidential. hb 999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify hb 999 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

hb 999 is not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, your sharing of credentials with a third party, or your use of an insecure device or network.

Account Currency

All hb 999 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in BDT only. No multi-currency conversion is performed, and no international currency deposits are accepted. The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

Deposit Policy

The minimum deposit amount on hb 999 is ৳500. There is no processing fee charged by hb 999 on standard deposits; however, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction charges in accordance with their service terms. Deposits are credited to your hb 999 account balance in real time or within a short processing window, depending on the payment channel used.

hb 999 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members, friends, or business accounts — are not permitted. Where a third-party deposit is identified, the funds will be returned to the source and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. For verified accounts using bKash or Nagad, hb 999 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC identity verification has been successfully completed. hb 999 reserves the right to request additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds declaration — for withdrawals above certain thresholds or where account activity has triggered a compliance review. Refusal to provide requested documentation will result in the withdrawal request being placed on hold until the compliance matter is resolved.

Anti-Money Laundering

hb 999 is committed to preventing the use of its platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. Where hb 999 identifies or suspects activity that may constitute a violation of applicable anti-money laundering obligations, it will freeze the relevant account, withhold the associated funds, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Players found to be using hb 999 for money laundering purposes will be permanently banned and will forfeit all funds held in their account.

5 Bonus and Promotions Policy

hb 999 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, reload offers, and seasonal promotional events to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the general bonus conditions set out below, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is launched.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus credits awarded by hb 999 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before the bonus balance — or any winnings generated from the bonus — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual promotion's terms. For example, a bonus subject to a 30x wagering requirement requires the player to wager a total amount equal to 30 times the bonus value before a withdrawal can be requested.

Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. Slot games typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per household, device, and payment method.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent them from meeting the minimum deposit threshold for a promotion are not eligible for that promotion.

Promotional Integrity

hb 999 actively monitors betting patterns for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk covering bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and placing bets that are specifically structured to circumvent wagering contribution rules. Where promotional abuse is detected, hb 999 will void the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may suspend or close the player's account.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

Game Integrity

All casino games available on hb 999 — including slots, live casino titles, and instant-win games — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or are provided by regulated live dealer studios operating under independent oversight. Game outcomes are determined solely by the certified RNG or by the live game's physical mechanics (e.g., roulette wheel, card shuffle). hb 999 does not influence or manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for slot and RNG games are published in each game's information panel within the hb 999 platform. These figures represent the theoretical long-run return to all players across millions of game rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session outcomes.

Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on hb 999 are governed by the specific rules for each sport, which are published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the platform. Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or subject to exceptional circumstances, hb 999 will settle bets in accordance with its published rules for that sport. In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time availability and hb 999 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.

Technical Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure that affects a game round or bet settlement, hb 999 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. hb 999 is not liable for any losses arising from technical disruptions beyond its reasonable control. Any winnings generated as a direct result of a software error, misconfiguration, or display fault that misrepresents the true game state are considered void and will not be paid.

Prohibited Gameplay Practices

The following gameplay practices are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated winnings:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets without direct human interaction.
• Arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing discrepancies between hb 999 markets and external bookmakers.
• Collusion between players on any live casino table game, poker game, or fantasy sports contest.

7 Prohibited Conduct

In addition to the gameplay restrictions set out in Section 6, players are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct while using the hb 999 platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any subsequent identity verification stage.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts, hb 999's administrative systems, or any part of the platform's infrastructure.
• Using the hb 999 platform for any purpose that is unlawful under applicable Bangladeshi law or the laws of the player's jurisdiction of residence.
• Conducting, facilitating, or assisting any form of money laundering or financial fraud through deposits, wagers, or withdrawals on hb 999.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward hb 999 staff members or other players via the live chat, email support, or any other communication channel.
• Publicly misrepresenting the terms of hb 999 promotions, payout policies, or game outcomes in a manner designed to mislead other players or the public.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with the hb 999 platform's software, code, or security systems.
• Selling, transferring, or assigning your hb 999 account or any credits, bonuses, or winnings held within it to any third party.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may request the closure of their hb 999 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Before the account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Real-money balances will be returned to the player's verified payment method following standard processing timelines.

Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling or who are concerned about their gambling behaviour may apply a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming section of their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods of 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure are available. Platform-Initiated Suspension or Closure

hb 999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, and to withhold or void any associated balance, at its sole discretion and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of duplicate or multi-accounts linked to the same individual.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or exploitation of a platform error.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account restriction.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, hb 999 will make reasonable efforts to complete its review within 30 calendar days and to communicate the outcome to the player via the email address on file. Players who believe their account has been suspended in error may submit a formal dispute to [email protected] with supporting documentation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hb 999's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the platform, or any game or bet, shall be limited to the net real-money deposits made by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hb 999 expressly excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms limits hb 999's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
